WHAT ARE Cardio Classes?
Cardio classes are 30 minutes long, high intensity circuit-based classes and are led by our qualified trainers. They include sled pushes, medicine ball slams, treadmills, assault bikes, ski ergs, rowers, rope slams and skipping.
No matter your current fitness level, these classes are easily scalable to challenge you just the right amount! Our cardio classes are a great compliment to strength training.
We offer cardio class in Halifax, Bedford and Elmsdale and are automatically included in your membership. In Halifax, we also have dedicated cardio classes for Parent & Baby and Fit Forever members.
