What is Spin?
Spin is a low impact cardio option and a great compliment to strength training. These classes are 45 minutes long, and your instructor will lead you through a variety of climbing and speed drills.
No matter your current fitness level, these classes are easily scalable to challenge you just the right amount! Our spin classes are a great compliment to strength training and are only available at our Dartmouth location with our Dartmouth unlimited membership.
