SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

WHAT IS semi-private training?

Our semi-private training program offers all the benefits of 1-1 personal training, but in a small group setting, at a fraction of the cost. Your semi-private session will have up to three other clients in the same room carrying out their own workouts while your trainer is providing individual coaching around the room, so you have the added benefit of peer support while still getting the individual attention that comes with personal training.

You will begin your training with a 1-1 session where your trainer will assess where you are at currently and discuss your goals with you. From there, your trainer will create a personalized program for you and you will begin semi-private sessions either two or three times a week.

With a semi-private membership, you also have access to our unlimited membership for free! This includes boot camps, cardio classes, yoga classes, Evolve At Home, and more! Your trainer will work with you to create a healthy and sustainable routine that supports your goals.

2x/week: $430+hst/month

3x/week: $550+hst/month



Women’s Strength Classes

Our Women’s Only Strength Training program is run in the same setting as our semi-private training. You get the individualized programming and coaching as well as the peer support with up to three other clients in the same session.

The women’s program is lead by Coach Amy, a strength & conditioning specialist, women’s coaching specialist, and seven-time national record holder with WPC Canada Powerlifting. It is largely focused on building full body strength through the squat, deadlift, bench press and pull ups, although variations of these lifts and accessory movements are chosen for each client individually.
